They also provide flexibility in availability, rental period, and pricing.

• If I need to rent any items, how long will I have them rented for?
• The rental period is for 30 days. Each additional month is billed at full rental fees (no delivery/setup charge or staging fee). Rental renewal fees are billed monthly and will not be prorated.

• Do you have trade workers and suppliers that you can suggest? “Stage and Style by Leigh” has enlisted top professionals in your area. They can assist you in preparing your property for the market. These preferred vendors can be contacted free of charge through “Stage and Style by Leigh.” For an additional fee, “Stage and Style by Leigh” will handle the communication. They will also manage scheduling. Management of these vendors is covered on your behalf.
